I’m a student at Morgan State University and play on the men’s basketball team. Getting to this point has taken discipline, sacrifice, and steady personal growth.

Before college, I mainly depended on talent to succeed. Competing at the Division I level showed me that talent isn’t enough on its own. Everyone is skilled, so consistency, effort, and mentality really separate players.

This experience has helped me become more focused, accountable, and committed to improving every day, both on the court and in the classroom.
